These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. banuhantal reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

You may use banuhantal solely for lawful personal or professional purposes. You must not upload images of minors, non-consenting individuals, or any content prohibited by applicable law.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the images you upload. banuhantal does not verify consent on your behalf. Misuse of the AI clothing removal tool is grounds for immediate account termination.
Generating, distributing, or possessing non-consensual intimate imagery is illegal in many jurisdictions. You accept full legal liability for any such use of banuhantal.
Intellectual Property
banuhantal retains all rights to its AI models, software, and interface. You retain ownership of images you upload. Output images generated by the tool are licensed to you for personal use only.
Limitation of Liability
banuhantal provides the service on an 'as-is' basis. No guarantee is made regarding output accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any specific purpose.
In no event shall banuhantal be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Third-Party Services
banuhantal may use third-party infrastructure providers for processing and storage. These providers are bound by data processing agreements consistent with our privacy obligations.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Report any unauthorized access to info@banuhantal.com immediately.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Processing image files are deleted automatically within 60 minutes regardless.
Changes to Terms
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 7 days in advance.
