Data We Collect

banuhantal collects only what is needed to operate the service: uploaded images (deleted within 60 minutes), session identifiers, and basic usage logs such as generation count and plan tier.

For registered users, we store an email address and encrypted password. No government ID, payment card number, or biometric data is collected or retained.

How We Use Your Data

Usage data is analyzed in aggregate to improve model accuracy and server performance. No individual user's images are used for model training. Your uploads are never reviewed by human staff.

Cookies

banuhantal uses session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your selected resolution mode. No third-party advertising cookies are placed.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will require you to log in on each visit and may reset your resolution preferences.

Data Sharing

banuhantal does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, CDN) receive only the minimum data necessary to deliver the service, under binding DPAs.

Security Measures

All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption. Stored account data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. Server access logs are reviewed weekly for anomalies.

Image files are stored in isolated, access-controlled buckets with automatic deletion triggers. No employee has standing access to user image data.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data banuhantal holds about you. Submit a request to info@banuhantal.com and receive a response w info@banuhantal.com ithin 5 business days.

Third-Party Links

The banuhantal platform may link to external developer tools or documentation. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies — banuhantal has no control over their data practices.

Data Retention

Image files: deleted within 60 minutes. Account data: retained while your account is active. Usage logs: retained for 90 days in anonymized form, then permanently purged.

This Privacy Policy was last updated January 1, 2026. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Significant changes will be emailed to registered users in advance.
